Who We're Looking For
Backend engineers who have built production AI/ML systems. Python, TypeScript, RAG architecture, cloud infrastructure. We want people who have shipped things that work at scale.
People who have sold or marketed to government. Understanding of municipal procurement, budget cycles, and what actually moves public sector buyers.
People who have helped government organizations adopt new technology. Patience, clear communication, and genuine interest in making government work better.
Product thinkers who have operated in constrained environments — either resource-constrained startups or regulated industries. GovTech experience is a strong plus.
